1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Chronbit's design, UI/UX, and SEO services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and any others who engage with Chronbit for professional services.
2. Use of Services
To ensure the smooth and professional operation of our services, we require clients to adhere to the following terms:
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a contract with Chronbit for design, UI/UX, and SEO services.
Service Engagement: To access our services, you may be required to provide project details, goals, and necessary assets. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
Prohibited Activities: Clients agree not to misuse Chronbit’s services. This includes but is not limited to:
Using Chronbit’s services for unlawful purposes or promoting illegal activities.
Attempting to manipulate search engine rankings unethically or violating SEO best practices.
Providing false or misleading information regarding project requirements.
Harassing, threatening, or defaming Chronbit’s team members or other clients.
3. Client Content
Chronbit may require clients to submit content for design, UI/UX, and SEO projects. To clarify ownership and responsibilities, we outline how client-generated content is treated below:
Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit, including branding materials, images, and written content (“Client Content”). By providing content, you grant Chronbit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and modify the Client Content solely for the purpose of executing the agreed-upon services.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your provided content does not infringe on any third-party rights. Chronbit reserves the right to reject or modify content that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.
4. Intellectual Property
We respect intellectual property rights, both our own and those of our clients. This section explains how our proprietary materials may be used:
Ownership: Chronbit retains ownership of all design concepts, UI/UX prototypes, SEO strategies, and related materials developed until full payment has been received. Once payment is completed, rights to finalized materials are transferred to the client.
Restrictions: Clients may not resell, distribute, or modify any preliminary designs, strategies, or templates provided by Chronbit without prior written consent.
5. Termination
Chronbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate service agreements at any time if a client violates these Terms or engages in activities that compromise Chronbit’s ethical standards. Upon termination, all pending services will cease immediately, and any outstanding payments will remain due.
6. Disclaimers
To clarify the limits of Chronbit’s responsibilities, we provide the following disclaimers:
No Warranty: Chronbit provides services “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific results in SEO rankings, user engagement, or sales conversions.
Accuracy of Information: While Chronbit employs best practices, we do not guarantee that all recommendations and implementations will produce the desired outcomes, as results depend on market conditions and external factors beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chronbit and its affiliates, directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
Chronbit reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be reflected at the top. Your continued engagement with our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and your engagement with Chronbit shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Moroccan Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
